Citadel Commerce, available to North American, Europe and Asian residents, is an e-check processing account. Setting up an account and funding it from your checking account is free, but transferring money back to your checking account has a fee of $5 and depositing using a credit card has a 4% fee. One of the nice features available from Citadel Commerce is a debit card that you can use to access your funds from an ATM or use as a debit/credit card at many merchants.

IGM-Pay

IGM-Pay is an e-check processor. This is the only service they offer with no frills attached. You can transfer money to and from your bank account. You must have a US based bank account to use IGM-Pay. There are no fees of any kind associated with this service, as they charge the merchant a small fee.

FPS epassport

The FPS epassport is a pre-paid virtual visa credit card that is re-loadable. There is a 5% fee with a minimum of $5 every time you load it. You may load it with a Visa or MasterCard only.

MoneyBookers

MoneyBookers operates exactly like a Paypal account. You can send or receive money using email accounts as identifiers. You can fund your account from a bank account for free or use a credit card for a fee of 2.5%. Every time you send money there is a 1% fee, but there is no fee to receive money.
